About the Author

Suffering from debilitating migraines Lisa discovered yoga in her early forties.

It wasn’t long before she realized that consistently practicing yoga greatly reduced her migraine attacks and helped her deal with the hectic life of running two framing stores. She feels she truly stepped onto the path of bliss when she began her teacher training at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA.
